Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original KINTU packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger furniture.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
